We often get so busy that with our lives that we don't have time to spend with close friends, making a lunch date with an old friend is a great way to reconnect with
and old friend in less than an hour.
5.) Make Someone Smile!
A smile is contageous, the more people you make laugh or smile the more you will be laughing and smiling.
6.) Make a list of Goals, and then visualize yourself Achieving those Goals Easily.
If you don't know where you want to go you will never get there, writing a list of goals is a great way to start accomplishing your goals.
7.) Take a Nap.
Leave yourself a little time to take a nap, this is a great way to recharge your mind body and soul.
8.) Make Your Favorite Food For Dinner.
Mac'n Cheese, Pancakes, whatever it maybe make your favorite meal for dinner, indulging in a little soul food can go a long way.
9.) Plan a Picnic with your Special Someone.
Take the afternoon off and plan a picnic.
10.) Go with the Flow.
Don't sweat the small stuff, when things aren't going your way except and let them go. Don't stress the small stuff, everything happens for a reason and will all fall into place sooner or later.
